As the former head of the two leading Austrian media outlets Profil and Trend, print is naturally a concern for me. But when it comes to making companies fit for the future and introducing processes that take over analogue working methods, enable automated customer acquisition and generate more qualified applications than newspaper advertisements and job portals, one thing is clear: the digital sector has advantages that cannot be ignored. Those who do not use them fall behind - and that is exactly what I want to prevent.
